Winter

With the onset of winter, frosty mornings and long, gloomy days arrive, but this should not be an excuse for a healthy, nutrient-rich meal. The palette of slow-growing vegetables is expanding, creativity is key in the use, but leave that to us. Chicory, pumpkin, beetroot, purple cabbage, brussels sprouts and all the other vegetables, right? 🙂
